A Creator and Collector are dreaming of a world called ‘Home'.
Our Creator lives in a place called Design. It is a place governed by ‘utility’. In this place, order is strictly maintained, so as to keep everything perfectly in balance.
Our Collector resides within an enclave known as Art. Within this realm, two great pillars called 'thought' and 'emotion' support both the floors and ceilings. Despite the strange beauty of these pillars, it would seem they are positioned somewhat precariously.
Unbeknownst to both parties, an invisible wall, resembling a great void, is keeping their worlds indeterminably separate.
Whoever may have built this wall and their reasons for doing so, remains unclear. All we know is that there is a hidden rule that belongs to this structure.
‘On a single day for each calendar month, a small aperture appears inside the wall. During this window, the two worlds of Art and Design are temporarily connected. Objects, ideas and even people can pass safely through the aperture…’
Looking closely above the head of the aperture, in tiny lettering, there is an inscription that reads: cpdwg.
In the world of cpdwg, we believe that everyone can be a Creator, Collector and much much more…
